Do you treat dental emergencies, and can you see me after hours?
Yes. Prime Care Dental Wodonga treats dental emergencies 24/7. Whether it is a severe toothache, a knocked-out or broken tooth, an abscess, a lost filling or crown, or broken dentures, call us on (02) 6024 1516 and we will arrange to see you as quickly as possible. We understand dental pain does not wait for business hours, which is why we are available around the clock for genuine emergencies.
Are you open on Saturdays?
Yes. Prime Care Dental Wodonga is open Saturdays from 9am to 1pm for your convenience, in addition to our regular weekday hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Which health funds are you a preferred provider with?

Prime Care Dental Wodonga is a preferred provider for HCF, NIB, Smile and Westfund, which means our patients with these funds typically receive higher rebates and lower out-of-pocket costs. We also accept all other major Australian health funds and process your claim on the spot using HICAPS. For interest-free payment options, we offer Medipay. I get anxious at the dentist. How do you make visits more comfortable?
We see anxious patients every week and we take time to understand your concerns before any treatment begins. Dr Chowdhry will explain each step in plain language so there are no surprises, and we never rush. For patients who need extra help managing anxiety or discomfort during treatment, we offer Penthrox inhaled analgesia (the green whistle), and general anaesthesia is also available for more involved procedures or for patients who prefer to sleep through their treatment. To help you feel relaxed in the chair, we also have audio stations and ceiling-mounted Netflix televisions so you can distract yourself with something familiar during your appointment. What can I expect on my first visit to Prime Care Dental?
Your first visit usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. Dr Chowdhry will discuss your dental and medical history, complete a comprehensive oral examination including any necessary X-rays, and walk you through any findings in easy-to-understand language. You will leave with a clear treatment plan and a written quote, with no pressure to commit on the day. Prime Care Dental is a locally owned family practice serving the Wodonga community.
